Full Review

Angry Bingo launched from Mandalay Media in July 2014 and we have to admit at first we thought it was a joke. Now, after spending a day or two thinking about it we are still left scratching our heads. Angry? Bingo? Who comes up with these names? We’ve racked our brains and we can’t think of a single positive reason you would call a brand Angry Bingo!

If you’re feeling frowny and want to check it out then there’s plenty on offer judging by the homepage, including some very grumpy bingo balls! The graphics look slightly Angry Bird-ish and we wonder if this is where the Angry Bingo brand has taken its inspiration for the name.

If you’ve heard of angry birds, and the chances are that you have then you will see where the name angry bingo comes from. The design takes on a similar format, except the birds have been replaced by different bingo balls flying around the screen. The difference is that most of them look surly and not particularly happy go lucky as you may expect. Overall the layout has been well done which means that the navigation around the site is very straightforward. At the the time of writing this angry bingo review the number of promotions were sadly lacking, however there are regular big money jackpot games taking place which should keep you interested in hanging around that little bit longer.

One area we wanted to inspect around the promotions was the terms and conditions to see if this could fall into the bracket of safe bingo sites. The terms and conditions are actually a little tricky to find and are not really linked that well from the promotions. However, while analysing the terms we did not spot anything that was hidden away that would make us want to avoid recommending this site. The terms are actually the standard dragonfish terms so many players will be comfortable knowing this.

THE REGISTRATION PROCESS

The registration is a very affair and should be familiar with many players. You will need to fill in personal details such as your name, date of birth, address, telephone number, email address and of course create a username and password. There is one slight variant however. There is a £5 free available to new player, but this can be only obtained if you enter a debit or credit card during the registration process. No money will be taken from your account you go on to make a deposit at a later date.

THE LOBBY AND BINGO ROOMS

The games lobby will load up in a new window when you first enter it. The layout is quite busy due to all the graphics and will take a little bit of getting used to. That said, the layout has been well done which means it easy to find different rooms to join. As angry bingo is part of a small network the rooms are quite unique, and unlike other dragonfish sites the rooms all have unique names and prizes. There are numerous free bingo rooms for those players who are on a tight budget. The menu tabs are clearly labelled which means you can easily just between different games. There is a choice of 90 ball and 75 ball bingo and a number of jackpots that run throughout the course of the month.

To help us get a true understanding we also tested out a number of the different rooms. Here is where some players may end up disappointed. Up until getting into the games rooms everything looks new, different and exciting. But play 90 ball and 75 ball games and you could be at any number of bingo sites. As dragonfish software is used the layout of the rooms and games will be familiar with many players. So please don’t be fooled if you were really expecting to play something truly different.

OVERALL SUMMARY

Our final analysis and evaluation for this angry bingo review. This site has been designed to a very high standard and not only does it look very good, it is also easy to navigate around and easy to use. There is a good choice of rooms to join and play with some decent jackpots to be won. On the downside is the lack of variety of promotions and really the actual bingo is the same as many other online bingo sites.
