Online gambling in Norway is legal, but there are no Norwegian online casinos. The two state companies authorized to provide online gambling have no such games on offer. Unless the laws change dramatically, there are not going to be any proper Norwegian websites to play online casino games at.
The Norwegian government used to turn its head when its citizens played at foreign internet casinos, but this changed later on. In December 2008 the government officially banned gambling at foreign online casinos, and has been tabling plans to block such foreign sites. The EU opposes such ban, but since Norway is not a EU member state, they can do nothing to stop it.
